Members of the collaborative are committed to providing coaching, training, and support for implementation of TCOM (Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management) and the CANS-NY in Health Home Care Management for children across New York State. The intellectual property rights for the CANS are held by the Praed Foundation to ensure that it always remains free to use.  The collaborative partners of the CANS-NY Training and Technical Institute are advised by an Impact Board consisting of individuals with lived experience of care, leaders who support transformation across our State, and regulatory partners from the New York State Department of Health, New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS), the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), the New York State Office of Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) and the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
