The Institute has a statewide pool of regional CANS-NY coaches, who provide certification support, technical assistance, and support in integrating the CANS-NY into care management and supervisory processes. These coaches have been identified as leaders within their agencies and regions. They have also completed additional training to develop their skills as mentors for new and current CANS users. Their training and development as mentors is overseen by Dr. Suzanne Button, the Director of the Institute. To receive support, you may reach out to, contact a coach from your region directly, or call 518-417-1465.
