CANS-NY Technical Assistance Institute

Welcome to the CANS-NY Technical Assistance Institute. We provide coaching, training, and support for the implementation of Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM).

About Us

The team of the CANS-NY Training and Technical Institute is advised by an Impact Board consisting of individuals with lived experience of care, leaders who support transformational change for children and their families. Impact Board members are asked to bring their knowledge of the ways the CANS-NY is being experienced by youth and families and how it is used to guide care management support.

Our Partnerships

The Institute includes two partner agencies with substantial experience in the use of the CANS-NY. The team uses their collective experience and expertise to identify technical assistance needs and to provide support for these needs. Follow the links on the logos below to find out more information on the history of CANS-NY implementation in these select agencies and their ongoing commitment to improving outcomes for children and families in New York.
